What is a Signed Limited Edition Print?

Signed Limited Edition Prints are published in small quantities on high quality archival paper or canvas prints that are signed by the artist and numbered at one of the lower corners of the image, to ensure their collectability and value. The numbering is a fraction, with the top number indicating the number of the image, and the bottom number signifying the total number of images in that limited edition.

What is a Certificate of Authenticity?

The Certificate of Authenticity provides guarantee of genuineness and it comes with a limited edition print that verifies its title, edition size, number in the edition and other relevant information, such as the date of release, size, and other information of the artist.

What does conservation standard mounting mean?

Conservation Standard Mounting ensures archival quality for the artwork with extra steps taken by creating a barrier between the wooden frame and the print. Through this service, acid free backing board can also be included for a completely acid free presentation. Although these extra steps may not be required for artwork that can be duplicated, it is recommended that all original and signed artwork is taken care of with these precautions.

What is the Fine Art Trade Guild?

The Fine Art Trade Guild is the representing organisation of the fine art and framing industry, which is based in London, and operates in the United Kingdom and Ireland primarily, and in less proportion in New Zealand.

What is a Giclée print?

A Giclée print is a digital ink jet print that is used for reproducing artwork and photography. For this, a highly refined ink jet print head is used, that has thousands of tiny nozzles, to spray very fine, overlapping layers of pigmented ink on a paper or canvas and thus, create stunning prints with superior clarity and colour.

What is a double mount?

A double mount is two pieces of mount board that may or may not be of the same colour. Here, the upper mount is wider than the inner mount and it is seated on top of it. The inner mount is hand painted to a colour that compliments the print.

What does sold out mean?

When a print is "sold out", it means it is sold out from the publisher. Sometimes printsare available at the original publisher's price from galleries.

What is the secondary market?

The secondary market is the network of dealers, artists, and collectors that can be found for images that are sold out at the publisher. Such images are more expensive in most cases as they tend to be popular ones, and at times difficult to find.

What payment methods do you accept?

If you order via this website, the payment option is Paypal. This allows you to pay by all mayor credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can pay by debit or credit card as a guest. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or direct transfer then you can contact me directly to arrange this.

What are the shipping costs?

I offer free shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions to ensure your prints reach you in immaculate condition through a National courier service that is fully insured.

There are shipping cost for orders ouside of the UK. Please contact me directly and I will be able to give you a quote for your order. I currently ship to Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Do you ship outside of European Union?

We do not ship outside the European Union via the website due to problems of customs and safe shipping. Of course, I am happy to discuss shipping terms with you that allow you to receive the paintings or prints. Hence, for further inquiries on shipping and payment options, please contact me directly.

What is the return policy?

I understand that you may want to return a product to me at some point of time, I have created a 30-day return policy to enable you to return any products to me under appropriate circumstances. This policy is applicable to all our customers irrespective of the geographical location as it does not affect the statutory rights.

If I return the print, do I have to pay the postage for the return?

No. As long as you return the print in it's original unopened state I will refund the full cost of the postage.
